Group of four partly-printed Documents Signed, each 3p. folio, being Mississippi pension applications signed by the applicant, dated to the late 1890’s early 1900’s, and include: Apllication for Uriah P. Dent who served for three years under Col Sears in the 46th Mississippi Infantry, he was wounded at the Battle of Franklin in the hip, he also claims to have lost his eyesight during his service in the war. VG...plus; Application for Robert Cockrell who served with the 6th Mississippi Infantry for “3 years & eleven months”, and lost the use of his right arm after being severely wounded on December 9, 1864, at Nashville, he was then taken prisoner and given his parole at Greensboro. VG...plus; Two aplication for S.L. Craft, who served from July, 1861 through the end of the war with the 8th Mississippi, under Colonel Flint, he reports that he was wounded in the head and hand at Murfreesoboro and then again in the thigh at Missionary Ridge.
