Saint Paul, Minn.,” lettersheet, June 17, 1864, addressed to Major John Clowney Commanding Detachment In camp near Ft. Snelling.” and reads “Genl. Sibley desires that Lieut. Hubbard A.A. Qr. Mr. of your detachment, shall remain at Ft.
