Manuscript Document Signed, 1p. folio, April 18, 1881, in this document Louis Agard, swears that on the same day as the statement he saw Goose, an Indian scout, and that Goose swore that John Grass had been summoned by General Carlin to attend a council with him, and that John Grass admitted taht he had attended a conference with General Carlin. Goose further states that he was present at the council, and that both John Grass and the general were tthere. At the council Goose states, that “...damaging statements were made by John Grass against the agent...” Retained copy. About VG.
