Partially printed Hospital Pass, 3” x 1-3/4”, on orange light card stock, VG. This pass issued to D.W. Hill, Co. I, 16th Reg., NH Vol., July 11, 1863 and signed by Surgeon in charge Jacob Becker. It is docketted by Dr. Wetnick. At this time, the 16th was involved in the siege of Port Hudson.
