President Calvin Coolidge Document Signed, 14" x 18", May 11, 1926, Fine. President Coolidge nominates Fanny J. Jennings Postmaster in Spangle, Washington. The document is also signed by Postmaster General Henry S. New. We don't recall ever seeing a postal nomination for a woman. Both signatures in bold dark ink.
