Fellow, approximately 100pp. folio, bound by ribbon, with wonderful war-news as well as sections on music, literature, etc. In small part : [June 24, 1863] We have just receivd news that the rebels under Lee have entered Pennsylvania 60,000 strong. They have taken and now occupy Chambersburg...[July 5, 1863] Rumor the whole Rebel Army is taken prisoner. Report Vicksburg has surrendered. There is a report afloat that we have taken the whole Rebel Army prisoners and that Lee and Trimble have escaped...Jeff Davis thinks fleeing to England...” Much more. Fine condition.
