Autograph Letter Signed “Richey of C.S.” 1pp. quarto, Mount Landing, July 15, 1860, addressed to Detective Officer Vickers at Lloyds Post Office, and reads in most part “I have been sent here to opperate in conjunction with you along the lines of the Rapphannock River you will find me either at Tappahannock or at Center Cross....” Very good condition.
