Pen & Ink proposed automobile design, “Side of’Smith Motor Wheel’ Automobile designed by & to be Built By Am Alexander, Sept 8, 1919.” the designs show front and back as well as the side view. The base line “A.L. & H. Mfg. Co. 27168 Marion Building, oak Park, Illinois”. Has been quarter-folded, on light green paper, sharp/dark drawings. VG. The Smith Flyer was an American automobile manufactured by the A.O. Smith Company in Milwaukee from 1915 until about 1919 when the manufacturing rights were sold to Briggs & Stratton and it was renamed to Briggs & Stratton Flyer.
