Kelly, Head Quarters, Cavalry Corps, Army of Tennessee, Tunnel Hill, Ga., April 23, 1864, reading, in part: "…orders from Genl. Johnston, Col. G. G. Dibrell having reported…with his brigade is assigned to duty with Kelly's Division…remaining at Resaca until further orders…Col. G. W. Grisby, Ky. Brigade, is relieved from duty with Kelly's Division…". Boldly signed and made official by E. Spruel Burford as major and a.a.g. to Maj. Gen. JOSEPH WHEELER, Minor spotting, else VG.
