Rare war-date Union Document Signed by Surgeon George Oliver, 1pp. folio, August 31, 1862, being a "Roll of Soldiers employed on extra duty as Cooks and Nurses in the General Hospital at Cumberland, Md." and lists thirteen nurses by name and date served, many signed next to their entry. Government tape, else very good condition..
