Two line headline, "Second Company, ROXBOROUGH HOME GUARDS", which is followed by "Young Men of the Home Guard left behind, and all others who have patriotism enough in them to face the enemy will meet at the Lyceum Hall, this Evening at 7 o'clock, to form a SECOND COMPANY to be forwarded to-morrow, and to take the place of a Philadelphia Company that backed down. They will be armed and equipped at Harrisburg. Horatio G. Jones, Lieut. Company A." This important broadside shows deep folds, some repaired splits from the back, edge loss.
