Civil War manuscript D.S. related to the 7th Kansas Volunteer Cavalry, 1p. 4to., St. Louis, July 10, 1865, special orders relieving Lt. Bayless S. Campbell of that regiment of duty within the provost marshal's department and directing him to report for duty to his regimental commander. The order is signed at the conclusion by Assistant Adjutant General J.W. Barnes. Shows folds with slight splits thereto, else very good.
