The first is, June 3, 1861, issued to Mr. Orin (Orren) Moody, Six dollars for family supplies Soldier in Capt. Noyes Comapany..." Signed by Orren Moody on the reverse. Issac B. Noyes, on 6/24/1861, was commissioned into "C" Co. ME 5th Infantry and resigned on 8/10/1861. ... plus, October 26, 1861, pay to Mrs. Warner, Eight dollars Soldier's Wife, signed on the reverse "Cynthia Warner". ... plus December 28, 1861 Issued to Mrs. Frank Plummer, Ten dollars Soldier's wife, signed on the reverse, "J.Plummer". ...plus, December 28, 1861 to Mrs. J.D. Deas, Ten dollars, Soldiers wife, signed on the reverse "Caroline Deas".
