A rare war-date congratulatory printed general order, 1p. 8vo., issued by General Ambrose Burnside, "Headquarters Department of the Ohio, Cincinnati, Ohio, June 15, 1863," being General Orders No. 102, signed boldly, in type by Brevet Brigadier General Lewis Richmond (1824-1894) as aag on Burnside's staff. Later in life, Richmond served as US minister to Portugal, 1884-85.
