Full seal remains, ding in margin else near fine. ... plus, Document Signed by “Horatio Seymour”, appointing Frederick W. Coleman, Major, July 9, 1864. the Seymour signature has minor skips, VG. Coleman was wounded in action at Cold Harbor, June 1, 1864.
