The two issues are July 19, 1834 and July 26, 1834. Both issues cover the infamous Farren Riots, which occurred in New York City over a series of four nights, beginning on July 7, 1834. The cause of the riot was resentment of blacks among the growing underclass of Irish immigrants and their kin. between the two issues there 8 columns of reports. Impressive.
